TCCLC Affiliation Thank you for taking an interest in your local’s affiliation with the Tarrant County Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO. Union members and their officers are welcome to attend.

The monthly council meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (excluding December) at 7:30 PM, in North Richland Hills at the Hoisting and Portable Operating Engineers Local 178 union hall.

Per Capita Tax for affiliation is thirty-five cents (.35¢) per member, per month. A local union desiring to affiliate shall pay one month’s per capita tax at the time of affiliation; succeeding months being due on the 15th of the month thereafter. The number of delegates to the Council is dependent on the number of members represented (as it relates to Per Capita Tax) as follows:
